I have not used my blog for a long time, but tonight realised that this will be an ideal way to keep friends and family updated of the changes happening in our lives.
As a lot of you are aware we are in the process of immigrating to New Zealand..not such an easy process as we initially thought. The most tiring of it all is the waiting...its kind of hurry up and wait..with everything involved in the process.
I have booked my plain ticket..and can finally reply to the question posed by possible employers and recruitment agents: "When will you be arriving in New Zealand?"
At this stage our Expression of Interest (EOI) has been selected for further processing. It has been 4 weeks and we have not heard a word from NZ immigration (hurry up and wait..remember). We hope to have some news from them within the next two weeks.
